We also provide in-house repairs carried out by our expert team. If your product is still under warranty, please arrange your repair directly through the retailer where you purchased the item. If your product is outside of warranty, you can book a repair directly with us by emailing support@cleverclogs.ie.

Make sure you pop the rear wheels off your stroller and hoover out the inside mechanism where the brake is to keep it in working order.
Putting excess pressure on the stroller before the brake fully releases can cause the plastic to snap, therefore the brake pin has nowhere to lock.
If your brake is broken and your wheels are fine, please contact us for further investigation into the issue.
