Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the European Union.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem:
- Return your item within 30 days to receive a full monetary refund
- Return between 31 days and 60 days to receive a store e-voucher
- Your refund will be processed 5 working days after receipt of your returned item
Each product(s) must be unused. For hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used or those that are not in their original packaging, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Please ensure that the packaging is not damaged or torn as we will be unable as we will be unable to process refund.
If you have directly purchased the product from Clever Clogs and wish to request a return, please email support@cleverclogs.ie and request a returns form.
If you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist.
We recommend sending via a trackable service as we can only process a refund when the goods are received – we may request a proof of delivery if any return can not be located or has not been received by our team.
All returned products must be in original packaging, new and unused, with all the tags in place.

Products listed in our Outlet are end of line, discontinued or ex-display and are heavily discounted.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds & exchange for any Outlet items unless the item is not working or is damaged.
If you receive an item from our Outlet which is not functioning, please immediately contact our team on support@cleverclogs.iefor a solution.
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any underwear products (this includes underwear bottoms).
However, we can offer exchanges on a case by case basis for Bras, Leggings. Please contact our team for any questions about sizing (support@cleverclogs.ie).

UPPAbaby repairs are handled by appointment only on Fridays 11am-5pm.
