To Return your Item:

If you have directly purchased the product from Clever Clogs and wish to request a return, please email support@cleverclogs.ie and request a returns form. 

If you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist.

Returns: Clever Clogs accepts returns for products purchased in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs are not covered by Clever Clogs; the cost of return lies is paid by the customer. A return must be pre-authorised through our customer service team, who can be contacted via email (support@cleverclogs.ie).

We recommend sending via a trackable service as we can only process a refund when the goods are received – we may request a proof of delivery if any return can not be located or has not been received by our team.

All returned products must be in original packaging, new and unused, with all the tags in place.

Unfortunately, any item returned without authorisation will either be refused or returned to sender (at cost to sender). It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products to Clever Clogs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Unused – Each product(s) must be unused. For hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used or those that are not in their original packaging, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Exclusions - For hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any underwear products (this includes underwear bottoms). However, we can offer exchanges on a case by case basis for Bras, Leggings. Please contact our team for any questions about sizing (support@cleverclogs.ie).

Products listed in our Outlet are end of line, discontinued or ex-display and are heavily discounted. We do not accept returns or offer refunds & exchange for any Outlet items unless the item is not working or is damaged. If you receive an item from our Outlet which is not functioning, please immediately contact our team on support@cleverclogs.ie for a solution.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.  We are passionate about customer care at Clever Clogs and will deal with any problems which may arise on an individual basis and do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. For further information please contact us via email or phone.
